Tagaytay and Nasugbu

April 11, 2014

I wrote down my instructions as clearly and as detailed as possible hoping that my driver and the electrician would be able to follow them to the letter. I sent them to Binangonan to do some works, again, in preparation for Good Friday. The place is so madilim and lights are needed to be installed most especially at the corner where we would be handing-out water, ice candy, white towels, and cookies.

Off we went to Tagaytay. We left Makati at 12:15 pm.
I’ve been curious about the wooden furniture sold by dozens of shops along the Sta. Rosa- Tagaytay Road. I may be able to finally buy something from them when my Tagaytay project kicks-off.

Although there’s no traffic, it still took us an hour to reach Tagaytay. Were we too slow?

We were meeting with a couple, they were there already at Cafe Breton and had finished eating. Our driver hasn’t eaten so I told them if we could eat first and let the driver eat also before we proceed to Nasugbu, our main destination.

We reached Terraza Punta Fuego in Nasugbu  at 3 pm.  It’s a 60 kilometer trip, no traffic.

It was super hot. There were bus loads of local excursionists, wearing shorts, slippers, ready to swim.

We’re back in the office by 7:05 pm. Our accounting and finance staff were still finishing their work. We went home at twelve midnight but some of our staff stayed behind. We appreciate their dedication.
