Aileen and I went to San Francisco last Saturday. Edmund is back in Manila, and her husband is in Las Vegas attending a college reunion (San Beda).
We took the BART from her house to Hayward station and got off at the Powell Station corner Market Street.
It’s a glorious day, sunny but cold.
Cable car ticket is $6 per person one way.
There were hundreds of tourists so the line to the cable car was so long.
The street performers entertained us while we stand in line for 30 minutes. We didn’t drop a dollar though.
This woman performer looks like she’s in her sixties but she moves and dances like she’s in her thirties. Her body is so proportioned and very sexy. I should start dancing too.
This corner of Powell and Market street is full of eccentric personalities.
The cable car goes up to Powell and into the streets of San Francisco
It also passes through Chinatown
We got off at Fisherman’s Wharf. We need to find Pier 41 because that’s where the cruise ship is to Sausalito.
