Cars stopped to take photos of this house full of Halloween decors. The owner told me they were planning to put a giant spider on top of their roof but since it would rain according to the weather forecast, they decided not to install it.
I covered the spiders kasi nakaka-gilawlaw.
The first kids to arrive were Filipinos.
The little girl was wearing a Frozen (movie) inspired dress.
I was the only left at home because they all went to the wake of their pediatrician. I didn’t want to join them kasi malungkot at saka hindi ko naman kakilala yung namatay.
She had stage 4 breast cancer when it was discovered, considering she was a doctor, baka hindi na diagnose ng maaga.
Every now and then the doorbell would ring, Trick or treat! I got tired opening and closing so I placed paper cups with candies on the doorstep.
Ganun din, every now and then I would open the door and check if there were anymore candies. I replenished every 10 minutes. A couple of times the kids and parents chanced upon me putting more candies on the paper plates. I gave generously they said. Yung iba kasi isa-isang candy lang. Hindi naman sulit yun sa lakad at bihis nila. Pagyaman ko, tig-isang supot sila nagcandies.
