I chose to wear this simple white eyelet dress to my lunch with Weng. I have many eyelet clothes. I am so attracted to them siguro kasi when I was little, I had many eyelet dresses too. Most of them were recycled from the vintage balloon skirted dresses of my mother.
This’ my first time in this cool restaurant owned by couple Tina and Ricco Ocampo. Weng chose the venue. She said she has dined here once and she wanted to patronize it, Tina being a friend.
Weng is the wife of Secretary Greg Domingo of the Department of Trade & Industry.
I arrived half-hour ahead of Weng so I had the chance to take photos.
I was impressed with what I saw. The decor was cool. Made me feel like I was in a lola’s ancestral house.
- Chandeliers appeared to be made of dripped-wax

The place was very cozy.
- shared banyo with another restaurant that they also own, Kitchen.
- Downside, while washing (hands!), one could be seen thru the glass door from Kitchen restaurant.

We had canonigo for dessert. We scooped the syrup. Tamis but sarap.
I was so engrossed eating and chatting, I forgot to take pictures of our food. But the truth was, we were busy staring at the very handsome HAYDEN KHO and his pretty and young-looking fiancee Dra. VICKI BELO who were dining at the private table behind us.
So please just look at the menu (he he he). Their food was good. Very good actually.
