I was so busog na from the buffet when these two budding chefs working at HEAT in Edsa Shangrila Hotel came over at my table with two large plates of sushi that they made for me. How sweet.
Jumel Ico, a graduate of Pass College in Pangasinan made me a spicyJapanese/Mexican combination which he calls Mexican Jalapena Octopus.
Harry Dangan, a graduate of La Salle Bacolod made a delicious Crazy Maki. I loved the crab meat, caviar and the crispy on top of the sushi.
