According to our tour guide Margarita, there are 13 churches situated in the tiny town of Obidos. Why so many? Sorry I don’t know, she didn’t explain.
I only visited one church, the Church of Santa Maria. Yeah I was too lazy to walk any farther because of the heat. Walking on uneven cobbled stones also had its challenges.
The Church of Santa Maria in Óbidos was were King Afonso V, then 9 years old, married his cousin, 10 year old Princess Isabella of Coimbra, on 15 August 1441.

Tapos one time my son came home, he was excited naman to inform me that they would venture naman daw into a coffee shop. Since my son had no experience in this type of business, friend daw nya would take the lead. Mali ang pagkilala ng anak ko. Kala nya mabait and sincere. Hay buhay.
