I came home at 11:15 pm last night from a two and a half hour deliberations at the village’s admin office whether to approve or not the 3rd level being passed off as an attic.
The board meeting was tiring so I needed some comfort food.
Puto cheese with additional melted cheese
and two cups of hot tea from fresh tarragon leaves and flowers.
Comforting.
