After attending the Sunday Mass in Summerlin, we went to Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas Boulevard to meet up with Chat and her one and only child Tintin.
Despite the massive parking building, it still took us several minutes to find a parking slot.
The restaurants at the hotel were on the second floor. Edmund and I had been here before, also looking for a place to eat but we left right away because we found this area chaotic.
We saw Holsteins and it looked nice and the wait was about 10 minutes. We waited for about 20.

Oyen did the ordering, all for sharing.
She ordered chicken wings, waffle fries, etc.
The servings were large.

Every item Oyen ordered tasted very good. Every bite of the waffle fries was comforting. This was a true definition of comfort food.
Occasionally, some restaurants who want to add humor in their menu put items like “salad for millionaires only”, millionaire’s drink, and other mention of the word millionaire. Money must have shrunk that millionaires are now ordinary. Here in Vegas it’s leveled-up. A Billionaire Burger anyone?
Mister Yee ordered a burger, a regular one. He is not a billionaire and doesn’t dream of becoming one. And most of all, he doesn’t want to spend $32 ++ on a burger.
I didn’t know that the servings were very large. I regretted ordering Nicoise Salad
I was only able to finish half.

Oyen wanted to buy a cup of coffee at the nearby cafe also on the same floor in Cosmopolitan. Akala ko bumili. When she came back she wasn’t holding a cup.
A—-“O, kala ko bumili ka ng coffee”.
She said it’s $7 a cup and she couldn’t bear paying $7 just for a cup of coffee. $7 x P52 = P364.
I saw her gave $25 tip to the waiter at Holsteins.
A—-“You gave $25 tip to the waiter at Holsteins, sana pala you gave $18 na lang para meron kang pambili ng kape”.
