The Enriles’ Delimondo brand is very popular among the Filipinos living in America. Delimondo corned beef and Delimondo Chili and Garlic Drizzling oil are two of the favorite requests when we are visiting the US. Eto yung mga bilin, pakibili, pakidala, pasalubong.
Oyen sends Delimondo to his college friend Joe in Philadelphia.
The balikbayans also bring this back to the US. It’s included in their list of things to buy.
Some friends, including Joseph, make bilin everytime but I think they are most likely giving some bottles of chili oil away to their friends, relatives.
I personally haven’t tasted the chili oil but Edmund said masarap daw.
