Dimsum Lunch at Lung Hin

Our staycation didn’t include breakfast which was fine because we all wanted to sleep in. In fact, we were almost late to our 11 am reservation for our dimsum lunch at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant called LUNG HIN. It was hard to get out of bed.

I can spot our house from here. Too far, it’s so tiny.

There were few people considering it was a Sunday.

We’ve been here before. Remember the panis and maasim na scallion pancakes the first time I was here? Oyen ordered the same dish again and this time it wasn’t panis. The taste was okay, average.

Fried rice and hot pot, (I don’t remember what kind of hot pot).

I was telling my daughter the other day that I realized why I like to go back to certain restaurants. And there are those I cannot even remember the name or what dish I liked from their restaurant. There were places that didn’t leave an imprint, either in my taste buds or in my awareness. Those are the restaurants we don’t or rarely revisit. The things I like about Lung Hin is the view, the four star ambiance, and the siomai.
