We still have one and a half hours before the start of Mariah Carey’s concert, so we went to Conrad Mall first. It was my first time here, as I typically don’t venture away from my area of residence and offices.
We plunked our buts down at the first restaurant near the entrance located at the Conrad Mall’s grand lobby, Lartizan Boulangerie Francaise.
The decor exudes a formal elegance, with classic French touches that create a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance.
This restaurant was founded in 2007 in the Philippines as a pioneer in French‑traditional breads made using sourdough from wild yeast or levain. They use all-natural flours and avoid chemical additives.
The menu at Lartizan Boulangerie Française is extensive, covering everything from artisan breads to full meals, desserts, afternoon teas, and more.
Pressed with time, we opted for dishes that were quick to prepare — truffle fries to share, pasta for Oyen, and fish for me.
