We are still full and yet out we go again to eat dinner. Alanganin daw kasi if we skip dinner we could be waking up in the middle of the night feeling hungry.
My husband wanted to go back to Great Wall Chinese restaurant where we’d been to before, when we stayed in Carmel in 2019 to watch the US Open in Pebble Beach.
My mistake, I didn’t call to check if they were open prior to coming here. It’s closed.
Lumang-luma na rin itong Great Wall. We found it because the hotel we stayed at before was just across the street.
We were paikot-ikot looking for an alternative nearby Chinese resto. Napalayo na ang drive namin, napunta na kami sa
freeway. Balik na lang kami.
Restaurants close early in Carmel so our options were running out.
We ended up in Sushi Heaven, the same restaurant we went to when we came to Carmel with Oyen. Gabi na rin yun, pasara na mga restaurants.
I found their chicken teriyaki dry and needed improvement.
