We were exhausted from today’s tours. Not from the tour itself but because of the van ride. It was hot in the van, with the sun’s rays peering thru the windows. It was a long drive from Aljustrel / Fatima back to Corpo Santo Hotel in Lisbon and the heat was making me dizzy. Edmund and I had headaches and sumakit likod nya because the seat was tight. Masikip. Konting-konti na lang masusuka na ako sa sasakyan.
We stayed in the hotel lobby for a while and enjoyed cold water and pastries.
We went to our respective rooms and rested for a while, freshened up. and then walked to Time Out Market Place for our dinner. We were by ourselves, Len, Bong, Oyen, Edmund, me. Kanya-kanyang kain for this evening.
We sat outside the restaurant al fresco. It was around 8 pm and medyo the wind was already pleasant. It was also quieter because there was no World Cup game.

After dinner, I asked for the restaurant’s business card and the waiter gave me this three cards instead. These are their other restaurants in the city.
Time Out was a few blocks away from our hotel. There were many tourists still at 9 pm.
Mukhang we were overdressed.
While we were walking back to the hotel, something flew straight into my eye. I didn’t know what it was but it really hurt. When we reached the hotel I immediately went to the toilet on the ground floor to check my eye. I was shocked to see a black thing. I was able to easily remove it. OMB it was a big insect. I didn’t know what kind but it was a flying insect. Grrr.
