This is our second time to take Qatar Airways. The plane is smaller than the one which flew us from Clark to Manila. We knew that already. The Filipino flight attendant told us the plane would be a lot smaller and the seats, unless configured, are smaller too.
The three of us are in row one. When I was in elementary, there were two kinds of pupils placed in row one. Either your surname ends in A, B or you are the teacher’s favorite because you’re either sipsip or matalino. I was none of the above kaya dun ako sa likod, sa sulok. Incognito in the eyes of my teachers.
Flight attendant——“good morning mam, do you want something to drink before take off? We have coconut smoothie”.
The Filipino flight attendant was taken aback by my straightforward answer “Hindi kaya ako pumururot dyan?”
Safety demo. I always fly but I don’t remember what’s supposed to be done.
Here comes the food.
I slept for two hours after take off. I asked for food.
I watched the movie 500 days of Summer which made me cry a bucket.
Oyen recommended the pasta. It’s delicious daw.
Hungary’s panorama from my seat window is so different from Qatar’s. No sands and water this time. I only saw tracks of agricultural land.
It was a short and smooth 5 hours flight. We liked Qatar’s food and service.
We breezed through the immigration. The officer only asked how long we’re staying Budapest.
Our luggage came out fast but we had to wait for our companions’ bags.

Our shuttle arrived after 15 minutes. It was a big tourist bus.
Our tour guide, Gabby. Ang init pero she was wearing a trench coat.
