Ang takaw talaga namin, just after a few days of dining at Calderon in Kapitolyo, bumalik agad kami ni Bb. Salpicao. And what else did we order? The same, their delicious tender juicy beef salpicao swimming in oil. This time, Oyen requested the cook to drain it with oil. Ubos agad, we ordered one more plate. Every tiny bit of garlic landed in our stomachs. Para ano pa kami naging lahing bampira.
Aside form the double order of Salpicao, I ordered callos.
Unlike in my first visit here when there were no other diners, this time there was a couple seated at the next table and they ordered paella.
Next time I will try other dishes as well including paella. I think the true test of a fantastic Spanish restaurant is how delicious their paella is. We’ll see.
Their churros is a little crunchy. It would not make you full kasi it’s hollow. Di ba that’s good kasi hindi pampabusog at pampataba.
