We went inside the Duomo di Milano on a tuesday, June 2, 2014. It was a good time because there were a lot less tourists, there was no line at the door, and of course, it was quiet, peaceful and solemn.
The exterior is a combination of pinkish and white marble. The flooring, all 11,700 square meters, is also made of marble.
This young girls are Filipina.
The one in pink said “ayaw ko na dito, mababaho ang kilikili ng tao”.
The Cathedral is the biggest in Italy and is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Santa Maria Nascente
My son knows it is my wish to build a chapel. He suggested that I build a similar one, same as Duomo. hahaha hehehe3, hihihim hohoho. I cannot afford even one marble pillar like this. At sa kupad ng mga trabahador, baka arawin pa ako, abutin ng 100 years isang poste pa lang.
We just stayed inside for a few minutes.
There’s a separate entrance and tickets for those who want to go up to the roof top where there’s breath-taking view of the city.
The man in blue pants shook vigorously, tila merong epilepsy, nakaka-awa, sana gumaling sya.
We watched this man clean the candle trays. Firstly, mukha syang Wall Street executive, naka long sleeves polo shirt and a neck tie. Secondly, he moved and worked very fast. Hindi sya makupad.
