I am not sure if this would be babayu 510 or if I will stay in this hotel again in the future. The location is great but I don’t like the noise although I was able to adjust and sleep well just like in Prague.
There’s a bigger and maybe better hotel next door, Hotel Ambassador, maybe I’ll try that next time.

It’s 6 am, not a single soul at the hotel’s ground floor. If your bags are heavy, the stairs would be of no help.
Then a guy saw me and came to help. He’s a Filipino working on graveyard shift at the front desk. Na-at home naman ako bigla kahit pauwi na ako.
I found the Austria Trend Hotel Europa on line thru booking.com. I chose it for its location. It’s simple, devoid of grand lobbies and five star ambiance but it’s comfortable as long as you’re also simple. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
I arranged for the airport service the night before. My sister and Kimberly have an earlier flight that’s why by the time I woke up, they’re off to the airport.
The airport was a short drive from the city. I got there at 6:40 am. The Qatar check in counter was still closed. Where are these people?

If you are pressed with time, catching a flight, and you encounter a group of Chinese tourists, you could be in trouble. It could take an hour before they are able to claim all their tax forms. Papetek-petek pa ako, kala ko maaga pa. There were no more line at the boarding station. Yun pala all the passengers were already on board. Except me!! Muntik pa akong naiwan. Kaya pala when I got to my seat, all the other passengers were giving me a dagger look.
Dali-dali ako to be seated. My white carry on is heavy because of my laptop. I always have difficulty carrying it to the overhead bin. Wanted muscles.

I was served a bowl of assorted bread. Sayang kasi I only ate one piece, the softest one. Do they throw away the rest? Siguro kasi baka mamaya dinilaan na nung iba.
I couldn’t identify what this dish was. I finished it without looking at the menu. It tasted good but I really couldn’t tell what it was.
I fell asleep immediately after eating because I took one fourth Bonamine tablet. When I woke up, we’re almost there in Doha.

The Marinated chicken breast has a peppery flavor because of the puy lentils.
I prefer dishes with simple and few ingredients. This one has a variety of kung anu-ano.
I was too shy to ask for a second serving of this vanilla ice cream with chocolate stick and different kinds of fresh berries. Yummy.
The plane has a small bar counter near the toilets. For longer flights, they set up cocktails here.
