Why are we so fond of talong? At the grocery, talong is one of the most popular among all the vegetables. And what made me say that? Eh kasi tuwing pupunta ako sa grocery laging nauubos ang talong. Kung meron akong abutan, malambot na. Pinisil-pisil na, hinawak-hawakan na.
I bought two long pieces of eggplant, medium sized. Instead of cooking the traditionally popular tortang talong, I sliced them thinly but still not sure exactly what I wanted to do with them.

I sprinkled salt and pepper, and covered them with parmesan cheese.

I set the oven on 350 degress for 20 minutes. Eto palang oven dito komo luma na, walang alarm. Yes it has a timer but it would not stop heating, baking, burning,
