There were around 150 + people that attended Ellen’s First Death Anniversary last thursday, May 16.
They were mostly friends of theirs from their Couples For Christ Community and neighbors.
I was actually not keen on going because feeling ko, it’s not really a happy ocsasion. Ellen died a year ago, di ba sad yun? Bibok said, Ellen is now in a better place.
We have traditions, babang luksa is one of them.
A Mass was held but we skipped this.
It was celebrated by Bishop Martinez. Here with my mother in law Soling, and my daughter.

Kikay, the pet of Coycoy, eldest son of Ellen.
They have a spacious house but there were too many people kaya very humid. We stayed in their altar room with aircon pero the door was open kaya mainit rin. The heat was draining my energy.
