English Tea

If I will not go out of the bedroom, out of the house, kung anu-ano ang naiisip ko about my body.
Nade-depress ako. Kulang na ang mga lamang loob ko. Malapit na nga akong madepress, nilalabanan ko lang. I don’t want to get depressed. Sobrang mukha na akong sisenta, pag nalungkot pa ako, wala na, magmu mukha na akong sitenta. Going out distracts my mind. Kahit masakit pa ang mga hiwa ng tyan ko, I still go out.

One of my favorite places to stroll around (if weather is nice and cold) is in Alvarado Niles in Fremont.

The stores are just in one street.   Puro luma ang tinda dito.

I asked Bong and my sister to bring me there for tea.

Merong heat wave dito last week kaya instead of hot tea, I had a glass of ice cold coke.

Puro ngatngat na yung kutsara at kutsilyo.

There’s a $5 per person minimum order kasi nga naman baka makiki-upo lang.   The $5 gives you a cup of hot tea, a small sconce and a cookie.

To complete the English tea ambiance,  they provide customers with hats.
