We were in this area yesterday for the foot massage at Bellfrei spa located on the second floor. While Edmund was buying his favorite Starbucks’ Cafe Americana Grande across the street, I saw the Everything Nice cake shop and scanned their big menu list displayed outside their door.
I became curious about the Baguio Longganisa that’s in their menu. I came back today to try it. I asked Edmund if he has tried it, he said no.
Everything Nice opened first somewhere along Marcos Highway. They opened a branch at the Commissary across The Manor Hotel but it’s currently under renovation. They closed the one in Marcos Hway and opened this new one at the Ayala Hub in Camp John Hay in “efril” according to the waiter. The owner is a Pantaleon from Baguio and wife is from Manila.
Menu
The Baguio longganisa is for breakfast but it’s still available at 3:30 pm.
You have a choice of 6 pieces or 12. If you have a big appetite, the 6 pieces are too cute to fill-up a big stomach.
I ate the 6 pieces, ate a tenth of the eggs and a third of the rice.
Their callos is delicious. I did not touch the rice.
I did not get to the dessert part. Edmund was already calling. His golf is done and I still have to pick the pepper crabs I ordered from Chef’s Home
“okay, I’ll go now”.
