This is not available yet in the Philippines, but the closest to our country where you can find it is in Hk and Singapore.

After he was kicked out of school, Francois Paul Journe apprenticed with his uncle in Paris who made watches. The young boy began making watches and had made the tourbillon when he was only 20 years old.
He made unique and complicated watches for a select few. He was awarded the Prix de la Fondation de la Vocation Bieustein-Blanchet in 1987 by other watchmakers according to the Wristwatch Annual by Peter Braun (Abbeville Press Publishers NY).
