My fabulous gown

The fast and easy photo shoot was done inside the showroom of Makati Ford end of September.  Rupert Jacinto’s team was efficient. His wife Tina just observed quietly, ever supportive of her husband’s passion.
I had three attire changes.  I just brought the third one, just in case.  I had two simple gowns made by Amir Sali, one blue, one nude color.  But after seeing the dozens of photos,  I chose this one, where I was wearing the gown I wore to Edmund and I’s Silver Wedding Anniversary.

This was  the very first dress I ordered from Amir, and so far, of all the dresses he had made for me,  this remained the best, and my favorite.   I didn’t know him yet that time,  and that was before he opened a shop at Ford Connecticut.  I remembered telling him that I wanted a gown that’s fabulous.  I liked the color combinations.  The materials he used were from Bulgaria, France, Turkey, Czech etc  Natyempo kasi he went to Europe.

There’s a hidden trick here,  it’s no longer kasya kasi I put on 10 pounds,  kaya the zipper couldn’t be zipped, we just left it unzipped., anyway it couldn’t be seen.
My daughter was so tired assisting me during the shoot. She was instrumental in making me look composed and my dress maayos para no need for photo shop (laughs).
