The tour guide was supposed to bring us to a popular restaurant among tourists for our lunch. It’s also in that cluster of old buildings with rows of pubs and restaurants. However, when we asked where it was, it would be approximately 150 meters walk, nooo, we’re tired.
Instead, we just looked around us, where we stopped. We spotted this restaurant 10 steps away. The menu looked promising and the alfresco dining (along the cobbled street) was inviting.

We couldn’t believe how cheap the prices were.
I ordered the grilled sea bass. Imagine, one whole sea bass? Dito sa atin, isang katiting na piraso P800 – P1,000 na.
The toilet is in that dungeon-like bar resto.

While waiting for our food, there was a group of high school students who passed by. They were raising funds for their school activity.

Ayleen stabbed the pig. We were shocked at how big one serving was. This crispy pata was good for one barangay.
Grilled ribs, eto pa, sobrang laki rin. Had we known that the portions were humongous, we could have saved money by sharing an order instead of getting one piece per person. Nakakahinayang ang daming sobra. Naalala ko mga dogs namin.
Best meal ever in Europe.
When it was time to pay, I tried to give Mon Dimacali Euro 50 (approximately Euro 12.5 per pax) for my family’s share but he didn’t want to accept.

The sea bass looks fresh OMB. And it’s very cheap too unlike in other countries like the Philippines.
