Federal Phoenix Assurance changed its name to FPG.
A———“Rebranding, pinaikli nila, siguro para madaling tandaan”.
A———“Medyo confusing nga kasi muntik nang naging FGP (Ford Group Philippines).
E———“Dapat ginawa nilang FPJ”.

I arrived at the lobby of Fremont Hotel at exactly 6 pm. Oyen was three minutes away so instead of going straight to the ballroom, I waited for her in the lobby.
It was my first time to this hotel. I was expecting a more opulent style.
Oyen had been here before when she attended a wedding.
Hala, my sandals broke. Mumurahin lang kasi. I dragged my feet to avoid complete disaster. Oyen suggested that we borrow a tape from the business center to tape the soles together. It wouldn’t work. I had the foresight to bring an extra pair. I called my driver to bring the spare sandals to the ballroom.
Rona of Federal Phoenix. My driver pronounces it as Poneks.
Federal is owned by the Zuellig family.
David Zuellig and wife, OMB, FPG President, Ramon Yap Dimacali.
David told me he met his wife 10 years ago. At present, she’s a neurologist at Cardinal Santos Hospital.
I only had potato chips and mango juice. I didn’t go to the buffet. I only took a photo of this carving station.
When I was taking pictures of the carving station, Dave said
“Annie, annie, hindi mo na ako natandaan?”
I was so embarrassed. He looked familiar but I couldn’t remember where I met him. He seemed to be very familiar with me. Mukhang close kami in my past life”.
Dave——–“O, Sino ako? Sino ako?”
Oh my goodness, I wanted to tell him, please don’t torture me, just tell me who you are.
A————-“Magclassmate tayo?”
Awk, ennggg wrong mistake.
A————“Oh yah”.
Dyos ko, pa yah yah pa ako. Hiyang-hiya ako sa kanya.
Dear friends, relatives, classmates, valued clients, neighbors, past, present and future employees, business colleagues, industry friends, kasambahay and kasambaho, countrymen,
Please do not expect me to remember your face and name, but don’t get offended. Talagang mapurol ang memorya ko. Do not subject me to a guessing game because I would surely fail miserably. Lalo ka lang magtatampo pag hindi ko nahulaan ng tama. Simplify both our lives by simply introducing yourself and refreshing my memory where we met or who you are.
Please, salamat po.
