When Oyen was studying in New York 10+ years ago, I bought P500 phone cards weekly to save on phone bills. I spent P2,000 – P3,000 a month on long distance calls. It was better to use phone cards because I was able to limit my expenses.
Ngayon, there’s Viber. Paputol-putol nga lang ang signal but at least it’s free.
I also discovered there are free downloadable stickers or emoticons.
They help me communicate and express myself.
