Get Set, Ready

It’s all systems go…

Edmund came home at 1:30 am thursday morning, the day of our grand launch for last minute aircon installation and errands. He was back in Cainta early morning. I heard him yelling at the electrician. Parang umiinit daw ang breaker when all the aircons were on.

I was there until 1 pm. Bakit gusut-gusot itong table cover, ang pangit naman, anong oras kayo mag-se-set-up, asan yung yelo, yung beer, yung alak… bakit inalis ito, hindi mo ba naintidihan ang instruction ko, sabi ko ito ilagay dyan, asan yung basurahan dito, bakit ang kupad mo, yung bulaklak dito ilagay, asan ang sukli ko, hay naku!

Bakit ang taas naman nung stage,  ang alam ko one step lang ang sinabi ko.  Pwede bang babaan?  Hindi na.

Sige okay na lang din.

Kanino galing yan, kailangan ilista lahat ng nagbigay para mapasalamatan.

The small VIP room on the second floor is my favorite. I decorated it with a picture frame of Edmund and Oyen and Antonio Ko Jr.’s oil painting. It showed a mother bathing her toddler son. What attracted me to this painting was the symbolism— mother and son. I see myself as the mom bathing my son.

Main conference room, no furniture yet. I just hung a nice painting by Hidalgo. I love this painting so much. It was love at first sight.

There’s a small boy and a girl playing, and to me, they represented my children.
I love my children so much, my heart is filled with love for them.

I found this baskets in our kitchen pantry, lagayan ng itlog.  I used a recycled ribbon to decorate it.  I unloaded coins from my alkansya and mixed them with  candies…… ready na!

Uwi muna ko,  hindi pa ko naka ayos…

My dress was made by Amir Sali, of course!

I didn’t have reddish lipstick to match my dress so I tried to mix what ever I had.
