Who wants to play golf in Scotland?
Every avid golfer day dream of playing in one of the legendary golf courses around St. Andrews in Scotland.
Yesterday, my husband received an invitation for the Golf Week in St. Andrews scheduled from October 20 to 26 of this year. One has to apply in advance because golfers from around the world are also invited. I am just guessing that smaller groups have a better chance of getting tee-off times.
The package includes 6 nights accommodation, five rounds of golf, transfers to the golf courses, daily Scottish breakfasts, two dinners at the hotel, two dinners outside. Companion’s tour package excludes the rounds of golf, thus there’s a few hundred Pounds deduction from the rate.
Non-golfer wives can make pasyal-pasyal in the nearby village while husbands play golf.
It would be nice to visit some quaint antique shops.
Edmund and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary in December. Parang masarap mag-renew ng vows dito sa golf course. How romantic could that be?
But there’s no way I would be able to convince him to do that. Which one? The renewal of vows? Naku hindi yun papayag. Never. Mapi freak-out yun.
Mag kiss like the couple in the picture?
Hindi rin papayag yun, baka sabihin pag 50th wedding anniversary na lang namin.
