The gown the maid wore

This is Oyen’s photo taken during the fashion show of Goulee Gorospe held at the grand ballroom of New World Hotel in Makati City.

She modeled several pieces including this long white tube gown with silver embellishments.

The same white gown our house maid wore to her infamous photo shoot.

I am in a quandary whether to fire the maid who wore Oyen’s gown while cleaning her room one fine day. I am trying to understand that they could be tempted to touch our things but at the same time it also makes me worry. What else is there in the other maid’s Ipad?

I printed the photos and I wrote her a letter using simple sentences.
They are expecting their salaries tonight, when I get home. I am going to give these file to her. Proof that she lied. So she lied. What now? I must admit that we’ve not been very lucky to find excellent maids. Para bang madalas dapat kami ang bayaran nila. Imagine, they only work for a few hours. Not even more than 3 hours a day. Fairly easy job, pawalis-walis lang, wala namang nagdudumi na sa amin, except for our dogs. Most of the time we’re out. They are free to watch tv, listen to music, they are always on their phone. Their take-home pay is higher than clerks kasi libre lahat sila, walang gastos. Busy sila pagluto ng food nila. Ang babango dahil panay ang shower.

A few days ago Edmund was complaining that he’s losing a lot of clothes. Meron syang favorite maong he bought from Turkey last year. Hinanap na nya sa lahat ng cabinets wala.

I am sure tonight pag inulit ko na huwag nilang pakialaman ang aming gamit, baka ako pa ang awayin. So tomorrow if you see me doing the dishes, then you know what happened.
