It seems to me that Grace Poe will be our next president. I don’t mind. I don’t think it’s going to be bad. Our household staff also do not mind because they actually are voting for her except for one who prefers VP Binay. In our household, Grace Poe wins the presidency.
Chiz Escudero also won hands down as Grace Poe’s vice president. Our lavandera insisted that she will vote for Chiz for president and Poe as his vice.
Lavandera—–“Ay mam, hindi ako napag register”.
Omb————“Mag-register ka. O, sino ang iboboto mo?’
lavandera—–“Nalimutan ko mam magregister”.
Omb———–“Kung nakapag register ka na, sino ang iboboto mo”.
Lava———-“Gusto ko si Poe ay vice”.
Omb——–“Hindi nga, si Poe ang president, si Chiz ang vice.
Lava——-“Hindi mam, mas gusto ko president si Chiz kasi kung vice sya, kakayanin lang nya si Poe”.
Lava——–“Ayokong babae ang president, magiging sunud-sunuran lang sya sa lalaki, kaya iboboto ko si Poe mam, vice”.

She would vote for Escudero as Binay’s vice president. She didn’t know who Mar Roxas was.

There you have it, 5 votes for Poe as president, 2 votes for her as vice president, 3 votes for Chiz Escudero as vice president, 1 vote for Chiz as president, 1 vote for Binay as president. 2 undecided yet on who to vote for vice president but would most likely vote for Escudero.

I have the same survey sampling in our household. 2 of our helps is voting for Poe and Binay each. My Dad is for Binay. My Mother is for Roxas. I am going with Poe. So its a total of 2 for Binay, 2 for Poe and 1 for Roxas. It mimics the SWS survey and its a statistical tie for Binay and Poe. So I don’t really know were the LP got the notion that Roxas has overtaken Binay in their latest press statements. In our household like yours Roxas is still at the bottom third of the pack unless he disqualifies his 2 opponents then he wins by default.
Its a different story though, if Duterte runs for President, our househelps, my Parents and even I will switch to the guy from Davao, but even then I am sorry to say Roxas name is not to be found.
