The annual high school reunion in Binangonan is held on the Saturday after Holy Week. The hosts are those celebrating their silver jubilee and a lot of advanced preparations are held to bring in a good show.
This year’s reunion tops the chart in terms of entertainment. They really gave their all with all those professionally choreographed numbers complete with professional dancers mixed with the graduates, with big costumes and props.
The result left the audience in awe and mesmerized.
There was a fire dancer a la Boracay.

Someone shouted ohmybuhay when my name was called. I looked around and smiled at him. He said “nagbabasa ako”.
I didn’t notice the time. Before I knew it, it was 11:45 pm.
I left right away, malayo pa house namin. it would still be an hour drive even at this hour.
While I was standing waiting for my van, I saw a bakery across the church’s gate. Parang mabango yung tinapay.
A———– “Meron ba kayong bagong lutong pandesal?”
Lady——– “Meron po, ilan?”
A———– “Magkano isa?”
lady——– “Piso”.
A———– “Twenty”.
Only 10 reached our home. The ten were deposited inside my tummy one after the other. Sarap pag mainit.
I arrived at 12:30 am.
Morning—
E———- “Anong oras ka umuwi?”
A———- “12:30. Tart bumili ako ng pandesal, bagong luto, piso isa”.
E———- “Kinain ko na nga. Ang liit-liit, isang kagat lang”.
