Mar Roxas’ alleged outburst was given by the Philippine Star the most prominent importance on Holy Wednesday. It is something very petty, extremely exaggerated and of no religious significance. What is the national importance of some official losing a bit of temper? Normally, things like this are mentioned under Victor Agustin or Babe Romualdez’ columns, not on the front page with huge huge fonts! Next week nyo na lang i front page kahit three pages pa.
It was even placed side by side with the Crucifix. Mas prominent pa yung tsismis kesa kay Jesus. Pwede ba, respeto naman sa mga Catolico!
Hey, it’s Holy Week, can you just reserve sensationalism and politicking next week? Be respectful naman of your countrymen who are less stupid than what you think.
