Holy Mass, Paella Dinner, La Paradeta

May 3/4, 2017 Barcelona

There was no pre-arranged dinner for this evening which was good because my sister, Bong, and I had to look for a specific store. We walked more than 50 blocks back and forth looking for that store which we didn’t find. The address on Google was wrong. We found a store selling different brands plus the brand we were looking for. They only have a few stocks and the particular model we were looking for was not available. He said they only get two pieces of that a year and when they come, customers grab it right away.

We walked back to La Rambla and saw a Catholic Church. We entered and perfect timing, a mass was on-going, nag simba kami.

I forgot the name of the church.

We went for seafood paella dinner right after the Holy Mass.

I felt rejuvenated after our dinner. We sat down for at least half hour and that made a big difference. My rayuma subsided. We were able to walk back leisurely to our hotel.
We discovered there’s a seafood market and restaurant called La Paradeta just steps away from our hotel. Had we known beforehand, we would have eaten here instead.
