Our hotel in Milan was a surprise. I expected that it would be off the city center but this one is around the corner from Avenue Buenos Aires, a commercial stretch.
From a very bad train ride, our tour operator redeemed itself by putting us in a comfortable room at the Starhotels Ritz, a 4 star hotel. Since there were three of us, I paid extra premium to have a bigger room. Rooms in Europe are generally smaller than in the west and Asia. To accommodate three, a junior suite is always necessary.
Our room was large for the 3 of us. There’s a huge walk in closet.
This is my bed
Our first night dinner was held at the same restaurant where we had breakfast. I guess this is the only restaurant they have.
Our meal was pre-ordered by Sabina of Bridges Travel.
Trofie pasta with pesto cream sauce
This porkloin looks similar to what we had for lunch earlier in Digona except this one comes with string beans
Everyday, we get a big bottle of still water in the room compliments of the hotel. Kasama syempre yan sa room rate.
