I ordered food from Jean d’Orival so it would be easier for me. He would also lend me the platters so the food would be table ready. Jean and wife Michelle owned La Cuisine French Restaurant in Salcedo Village but it closed. They did Ford Cainta and Makati Ford’s grand launches. They no longer cater but they still do accept special food orders.
For the OMB readers’ dinner, I chose the following menu:
Tuna Salad Nicoise
Whole Salmon Koulibiac with Lemon Mayonnaise
Seafood Jambalaya
Beef Sirloin Salpicao
Whole Roast chicken stuffed with garlic
Whole Roast Chicken stuffed with Zucchini
Whole Roast Chicken stuffed with lemon
Aside from the above, I’ll add steamed crabs and desserts. I won’t buy cakes because pretty sure someone would bring.
