My children are adults already and they could fend for themselves. They will survive without me. My presence is no longer required. But I prefer to still be around their lives. Titingin-tingin lang, like an observant.
My son still needs some guidance and support which is what we are doing right now. We’re helping him sort things out and hopefully, he’s learned many things in the past 5 years of living alone in the US.
