Sometimes it takes a while to fix a vehicle. A car has hundreds of parts and in many cases, days, weeks, and sometimes months are needed to put it back in good running condition again, not in brand-new condition.
Customers must be well informed and made to understand the repairs required so they don’t wonder what is happening to their vehicles. Customers are very suspicious. They are always doubtful that they are being cheated. Sometimes even if our people explain to them the repairs and parts needed, they don’t pay attention till after they see the bill.
A good customer is one that understands the process, the time required, and communicate with the service advisor as to the repairs needed on his vehicle. When in doubt, he can always approach the service manager so that additional information can be provided. Asking friends, Viber groups, drivers, don’t always bring the correct information. Every case is different.
Patience and trust play a big role.
