I’ve been doing interviews again for various positions.
I am looking for a highly competent Service Manager for Makati Ford.
There are also openings in Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, etc. I don’t do interviews for sales consultants/agents, technicians, and other service pesonnel. The department heads take care of that.

A————- What would you tell a customer, assuming he’s complaining about our service?
Male——– Feel free to have us a call if there is concern.
A————– I would also not increase your salary if you’re not excellent.
Male——– Matter leave.

Male——– Sometimes
A————-When was the last time you went home?
Male——– After more 5 years.
A————– Are you renting or you own this place?
Male———- My mother residing Quezon City.
A————– Hello, why are you applying for a job?
Female—— For the future.
A——————- What does your husband do?
Female———— He left.
A——————- Where did he go? Qatar?
Female———— No mam, to my cousin.
