Wanted: Two Collection officers
Basic qualifications:
Male or Female, at least 22 years old
Graduate of any four year college course
Proficient in English and Tagalog
Can communicate effectively in oral and written form.
Must have above average arithmetic and analytical skills
Work experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but they must be able to demonstrate great potential.
At least one year of the required experience may be entry level clerical work, sales, marketing.
Extensive experience in credit and collection is a big advantage.
Job description:
Main function is to collect company receivables in a timely manner.
Must ensure that the payments are received by the company as they fall due.
Required extensive phone contacts with customers.
Must provide Finance Head with updated receivables and collection reports on a daily basis.
Must provide Management with month-end collection report.
Must be able to operate simple software that compile and keep track of customer information and update contact numbers and addresses.
Establish and maintain accurate records and files.
Able to communicate with clients and banks with regards to their accounts.
Must be willing to personally visit banks and other offices if necessary.
Must be smart and intelligent to analyze and determine accounts that need urgent attention.
Able to perform other office functions such as filing, recording, answering phones and other duties assigned by management.
Work hours:
8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday
