Shops around the tourist area close late. The boutiques close at 10 pm, LV close at 11, souvenir shops are open till midnight and some vendors open until there are customers, sometimes up to 2 am.

I wanted to watch this street performers but they were stalling their finale number to gather more people around them kaya we left na lang.

I wanted to stay here but it would cost us around $900+ a night for two rooms. It’s not very far from Holiday Inn. Our room still comes up to $400 a night but here we are just staying in one room for an additional $100 a night. At the Westin, they don’t have a third bed.
Westin has a stunning view of the beach because it’s along the shoreline.

We walked up to the corner past the Westin where the statue of Duke Paoa Kamanamoku stands with his back against the beach.

Anywhere in the world, the street performers say the same things, that they don’t get paid for entertaining us. The government doesn’t pay them. In fairness, that’s really true.
Translation: give them a minimum of one dollar or one Euro. Preferably more.
