There’s no update because for three weeks, no movement happened. The workers didn’t come back anymore because they got a bigger contract somewhere else. They abandoned us.

After voting, we went to Wilcon Builders (again). We bought several stuff for our dirty kitchen renovation.
We bought about 8 linear meters x 60 of crystallized marble for our counter tops.
We still need one big slab of 2.4 x 90 for my island. Wilcon doesn’t carry this size.
We’ll check with importers.
I made the Wilcon employees carry the marble stones out of the rack so I could inspect them one by one, to make sure they are uniform in color and style. Marble is a natural stone and there could be color and haspe variations in a single piece.
Kawawa sila, ang bigat.
One guy told his kasambaho “baka makunan ka”.
So I asked the guy “buntis ka?”
“Hindi mam, nagpabunot ako ng ngipin”.
This is not practical actually because it’s expensive, plus porous. Pagnatapunan ito ng toyo at ketsup, patay na. But we both like how it looks, bahala na daw. If it lasts for 10 years, okay na lang din.
I felt nostalgic when I saw this medicine cabinets. Nung single pa ako, ang pangarap ko bumili nito, wala naman akong sasabitan. When I was pregnant with Oyen, I bought one in Cubao, pagbayad ko, nadukutan pa ako- P150. I was traumatized. Aba, ang laki na ng P150 nuon. Even today, P150 is still P150.
We bought two of this very big lababo.
Me——– Ang mahal, baka $150 lang yan sa America.
Me——— “Saan yan gawa?”
Sales p—- “US”
Me——— “Hindi yan US, wala akong nakitang ganyang brand sa US”.
Sales p—- “US yan mam”.
Me——— “US brand, pero saan gawa?”
Sales p—- “US, pero China na, imported materials”.
Me——— “Pag tinanong ng customer kung saang gawa, huwag kayong magsasabi ng hindi totoo, sabihin US brand pero made in China. Huwag nyong sabihin na made in US, misleading yan”.
One raffle ticket for every P5,000 purchase. First draw is in July, then in December.
Okay lang kung manalo ako ng Mercedes Benz. Hindi naman ako mareklamo.
