I didn’t want to go to Ford EDSA hungry or else I would end up eating Goodah’s goto again. The quality of their lugaw is slipping.
I had lunch at Jollibee in Ortigas Ave. on August 2 at 2 pm. I ordered 2 pc chicken joy. The photo of a crispy leg looked appetizing.
When I got my food tray, no leg. Just two ugly looking wings. I had one wing changed to a thigh instead. They’ve ran out of legs (drumstick) daw. Etong Jollibee, they know naman that they need more legs, why on earth do they always run out of inventory? They should change their ad photos / menu board photos. Remove the legs.
I went to the do nut store beside Jollibee afterwards. My intention was to buy one piece of alcapone, the donut with almond slices? But I couldn’t find alcapone in their glass display. They did have a donut full of almonds but it looked different from alcapone. I thought maybe they changed their menu already.
I went ahead and bought the original glazed. And instead of buying just one piece for myself, I bought one whole dozen.
While I was paying, I noticed the name Krispy Kreme at the counter. Kaya pala I couldn’t find Alcapone here, I was not in J.Co. Ulyanin na!
I gave Camil the box of dozen donuts. I kidded her that she’s 60 na.
Camil—- “Hindi pa Boss, 56 lang ako”.
Camil is single, highly qualified guys (single, gainfully employed and super bait) are most welcome to charm her.
