Oyen had stayed here before when she attended a destination wedding in Tagaytay sometime ago. She liked the place and she wanted me to see it.
Before heading back to Manila on February 25, 2019, I agreed to swing by and check out Lakeview Suites.
The structure looks like it was a vacation house converted into a bed and breakfast.
What used to be the house’s main floor was converted into a dining area or restaurant called Tavern.
The house sits on a ridge that’s why it has a nice view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, something that our farm doesn’t have. We only see trees and chickens. No lake view.
Outdoor chapel for wedding ceremony.
This neighboring house looks like it’s been missing its owners. Siguro nung araw lagi dito yung owners, nagbabakasyon. Ngayon mukhang caretaker na lang. That’s what happens in most vacation homes. Sa una lang excited puntahan tapos nakakasawaan na. O kung wala na yung mga parents, iba na yung buhay nung mga anak.
I don’t know how many rooms Lakeview Suites have. They showed us one room and the size was impressive. It’s so large.
