Edmund and I had breakfast at 8:30 am. After 2 days of eating the same buffet food, parang we have nothing more to eat. Food is good and has wide variety but after a few times of eating smoked salmon, croissants, eggs, cold cuts, medyo naka sawa rin.
My plate is a mix and mismatch.
I mixed arugula with lots of lemon and smoked salmon.
Na-addict ako sa strawberry jam nila, ginawa kong dessert.
We saw the Turkey National Team’s shuttle bus parked in front of the hotel. I wonder how they could fit in the narrow bus seats.
We paid 30 TL to Grand Bazaar. Actually the meter was only 24.60 but we gve 30 lira.
We only exchanged some dollars for our extra expenses like shuttle to the airport, pang-tips, etc.
We also bought a cheap hand-carry for 30 lira. Tapos naglakad-lakad kami kasi ang sarap ng panahon, malamig.
“Tart, kunan mo nga ako dito sa may mga bato”
Edmund——— “Hindi ka pa ba nagsawa sa mga ruins?”
I asked this watermelon vendor if I may take his picture, oo daw.
I went to the lobby of the Double Tree Hilton Hotel near the shopping complex, in case we get to visit Istanbul again. Euro 250 daw, per room per night. plus vat.
This area pala is all shopping and they are having a fashion festival. Edmund said had we stayed in this area, baka isang maletang tsinelas at sapatos ang mabili nya. Ang mura lang kasi.
We took a yellow cab back to Titanic \hotel, walang metro yung unang natanong namin, parang sa Maynila. 50 lira daw. Naghanap kami ng iba 30 lang.
We checked out at 11 am and rented a van to bring us to the airport. We couldn’t fit in an ordinary taxi kasi we now have 4 maleta plus 3 handcarry.
We left Manila with two luggage and one handcarry that were all half-empty. Now, we have 7 that are all full.
to be continued
