After stuffing our stomachs with paella, we walked across to the plaza and watched people go by.

My husband left me and went back to the hotel. Masakit na daw likod nya. I stayed and sat down for another half hour.
Ano kaya gimmick nila? Yung laylayan ng saya nya ang dumi-dumi na at meron pang nakadikit na upos ng sigarilyo.
It was beginning to get dark. I walked to the nearby convenience store but they were closed already. I walked farther for about 10 minutes looking for a grocery store.
I found a big grocery. I bought freshly squeezed orange juice, a big bottle of mineral water and some fruits.
The sun had disappeared when I returned to the hotel.
Good night Madrid. It was time to pack and say goodbye.
