September 21, 2019, Kamari Beach
We say goodbye to Kamari Beach, Santorini. Tomorrow we fly home.
I am not a beach person but I do appreciate the view but unfortunately in this trip I didn’t get to even stare at this water because it was just too much for my heat tolerance.
Travel Warehouse picked the Vassilikos seafood restaurant at the Kamari beach upon the recommendation of their counterpart here in Santorini. This would be our last supper with our tourmates.
I just ate the salad, then skipped the rest of the dishes.
The Greek tomato balls are similar to our okoy.
I’ve been having steamed mussels every day so when I get home I don’t intend to go to Cyma to order their steamed mussels.
I barely touched my food because I was still full from my super late lunch two hours ago.
From left: Willy Tee Ten, Lourdes, Kathlynn Teng Sy (Lourdes’ daughter), Irene and Gary Dy, Sonny and wife Emmy Dy, Oh my Buhay, Edmund, Tey Sornet. Gary and Sonny are brothers. Irene Dee- Dy is the daughter of my friend Donald Dee (+).
Our appreciation to East West Bank, especially to Jackie, Joy, and Jason, for putting this together. Edmund and I had fun (even if he got sick on our last day of tour).
Thank you.
