The Chanel boutique beside the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel in Canton Road always have a long line outside. Together with its neighbor Hermes and Louis Vuitton, they attract a large number of customers every night. Most of the time there are people waiting in line outside. There’s a Salvatore Ferragamo there too but they don’t get even a tenth of the number of customers willing to queue up outside the LV store.
I never noticed a blond-haired customer, they’re all Asians.
Chanel bags are also available in dozens of stores in HK. I don’t know if they are more expensive. I can’t tell if they’re original. HK is too close to China.
