My daughter and I share our love for food, which is bad because she might end up having a big tummy like mine when she gets a lot older.

It may not be the food, but our togetherness. We like eating together. We discuss things. We tsismis sometimes. Last thursday, she chose to eat in Wee Nam Kee in Glorietta. Ako basta inaya nya ako, I never say no. Always go.

Over lunch, I taught her a little bit about how and where to find reasonably priced properties, how to apply for a mortgage, bank’s basis for appraisal, how to compute the monthly, etc. Even if you’re not buying, or you don’t have money, it’s good to know these things. Your knowledge might come in handy in the future, who knows.

  1. I love how you impart business knowledge to your daughter. I wish I had a mentor like you. Wish you can share them to us too. More power to you, Annie!

  2. Those tips are what I always wanted to learn from you. I bookmarked your post “I’m buying a condo” on which you posted pointers/guide and right then, promise ko sa sarili ko pag nameet kita eto ang mga una ko pong kong itatanong sa iyo – advices about properties and savings. Hopefully, I can get to meet you Ms. ACTY! I just can feel it hehe.
