I went back to Forgan’s restaurant again for lunch but this time with the father and the daughter.
They were also impressed with the elegant barn-like setting of Forgan’s.

Edmund skipped the 3rd day of competition to play at the Old Course Links. He had an unfinished business with that golf course because the first time, it rained so hard that he gave up his game because the rain was heavily pouring. He went to the Old Course hotel to register very early in the morning and luckily he was able to join two guys from the US. He finished the 18th hole by 10 am that’s why he was able to have lunch with us.
Ordering sea bass was an obvious attempt to eat light.
I ordered the same thing, steamed mussels with garlic and cream but the regular size.
Our total lunch bill at Forgan’s was BP 44 or Less than a thousand pesos per person
One thing that residents and visitors here enjoy is the clean tap water. We don’t order bottled water anymore ever since we found out that the water is clean and safe for drinking.
