While waiting for Edmund to come back from the last day of golf tournament, I decided to have lunch by myself at the Le Chef Restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.
I ordered their lunch special that comes complete with everything.
A basket of bread which I barely touched.
Salmon is the main ingredient in the fish chowder. My main course is salmon pa rin. I am not actually fond of salmon. I eat this fish only when I am feeling guilty of being a meat eater. I liked the way this dish tasted. I finished this whole plate and next time I am in Baguio, I will certainly order this again.
I was having some alone time when all of a sudden, my husband showed up. He was with his golf team mates Chino Raymundo and Dennis Nicomedes. The lost daw, sabug-sabog daw laro nila. They were the contender but ganyan sa golf. Sometimes you hit 3 under, then the next day you play so bad, 7 over.
Waiter, kunan mo nga kami ng picture. Asan kami dito?
Dun ka sa kabila. Yan. Kita na kami. Kung maganda sana ako sa picture, one hundred ang tip nya. Pero ngetpa kaya 40 na lang.
I was very much satisfied with my lunch. The service was good and my meal was delicious. It shows why Le Chef is one of the best restaurants in Baguio City.
